Lisa A. Reynolds
Founding Partner
Lisa brings over two decades of experience in insurance defense and personal injury litigation. Known for her strategic approach and sharp courtroom skills, Lisa has built a reputation for resolving complex cases while advocating for fairness and accountability in the civil justice system.
Throughout her career, Lisa has represented individuals, insurers, and institutions in cases ranging from motor vehicle accidents to governmental liability and premises claims. She also has a unique perspective from time spent on the plaintiff’s side early in her career—an experience that continues to form her defense strategies today. Lisa's deep familiarity with both sides of litigation gives her an edge in negotiating settlements and achieving strong trial outcomes.
An AV® Preeminent-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Lisa is a published litigator with multiple reported decisions. She is a College of Charleston alum and earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina. She is admitted to practice in South Carolina, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Shanna M. Stephens
Founding Partner
A seasoned litigator with over two decades of experience, Shanna concentrates her practice on construction defect litigation, where she represents a range of trades and professionals from pre-suit evaluation through trial. Her reputation for clear strategy, collaborative leadership, and client-centered service has made her a trusted name in insurance defense across the region.
An AV® Preeminent-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Shanna brings a balance of deep legal knowledge and practical insight to each matter she handles. As a hands-on leader, she plays an active role in shaping firm operations, mentoring talent, and building lasting client relationships.
Shanna earned her law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law and her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, in political science from Wilmington College of Ohio. She is admitted to practice in South Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. Her professional affiliations include the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association, Defense Research Institute, CLM Alliance.

Of Counsel – Construction Litigation
Danielle focuses on defending contractors and subcontractors in construction-defect disputes across South Carolina’s state and federal courts. She is an alum of Converse College, where she was a member of the tennis team, and received her law degree from the Charleston School of Law. She is admitted to practice in South Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and is known for her detail-driven litigation style and deep experience.
